Backorder item

An order with the remark « item en souffrance » means that one of the parts ordered is not in inventory and the delay to obtain it will be over 2 days.  The web site does not send an automatic message to advise the customer.  A message is sent manually when the order is being processed.

Cancel an order

It is always possible to cancel your order as long as it is not in process (status = « nouvelle commande »). For other status, it is preferable to contact us as fast as possible.

What about the delivery fees?

The delivery fees are includes on the weight of the package that you ordering. The delivery fees are base on a charter submitted by our transporter. The posted fees are good for all the Quebec with exception of: Iles de la Madeleine, Chibougamau, Baie-James and Natashquan, these places are subject to a surcharge.

What is the guaranty of GR Suspension product?

The warranty of GR Suspension product is base on every default of fabrication and material for a period of 30 days like the laws is saying.

The fee of sending back is on customer fees, for any raison GR Suspension will not cover the fee.

After the 30 days, every warranty that the manufacturer gives has to be taking in charge by the customer directly with the constructor.
